Tradie Recovery is not currently taking orders. This policy records the operating standard a live store would need to meet.

No products can be purchased or shipped from this demonstration website. Any dispatch times shown in future must come from an approved supplier and be confirmed before launch.
Australian delivery
The planned launch scope is Australia only. Final delivery areas, carriers, costs and expected timeframes will be published before checkout is enabled.
Supplier fulfilment
Where a supplier sends an order directly, Tradie Recovery remains the customer’s point of contact. The fulfilment arrangement does not remove the seller’s responsibilities.
Delays and tracking
A live policy must explain how tracking is provided, what happens when a parcel is late or missing, and how customers can reach a person for help.
